Process

Initial meeting to look at your garden. We will talk about the current space, what you like or dislike about it, your ideas and wishes, your budget, and what you would like to achieve.

You will receive a summing up of our meeting detailing your requirements and this will form the basis of the brief.

This will include an estimate of timings and costs to deliver the work.

Having photographed and measured-up the site I will present sketches, mood-boards and ideas for the overall design.

Following agreement of the scheme a design plan is produced. This may include a planting plan, specifications for hard landscaping and the scheduling of the work.

The management and implementation of the job can include any of the following; Project management, landscaping, supply of plants, materials, planting, sourcing garden furniture or renovating what you already have.

Costs will vary depending on the scope of the job and what is required. If you are looking to replant a flower bed yourself but need help with a planting plan or ordering of the plants an estimate will be given based on an hourly rate following the initial meeting.

When a project involves complex elements and substantial landscaping then as a rule of thumb it will usually cost between 10% and 20% of the whole spend.

Estimates for all costs are given at the start of the job and monitored closely throughout. All jobs are invoiced regularly and in stages as the job progresses.
